Celebrating Team Spirit and Recognizing Excellence at Venus Remedies

This philosophy came alive recently across our units—TVC Dappar, Baddi, Panchkula, and VGFC—through two inspiring events. One was filled with energy, cheers, and sportsmanship as cricket brought colleagues together in friendly competition. The other was a proud moment of acknowledgement, where employees were honored through the Entrepreneur Program for their contributions and excellence. Together, these occasions reflected how Venus Remedies nurtures both performance and people, building a culture where every effort counts and every success is shared.

Vendor Meet 2025

The Vendor Collaboration Summit 2025 was held at our Baddi Plant, under the theme “Stronger Partnerships for Smarter Packaging.” Initiated under the directions of Respected CMD Sir and guided by President Sir, the event was coordinated by Mr. Vivek Mittal, Mr. Bharat Bhushan, and Mr. Karan Thakur. Fourteen key packaging vendors collaborated with internal teams from Quality, Audit, Inventory, and Artwork to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and enhance packaging management, ultimately achieving greater efficiency and compliance.

Venus Cricket League Finale

The first-ever Venus Cricket League concluded in grand style on 21st September 2025 at St. Soldier’s School. After weeks of thrilling matches across units, the much-awaited finale saw Summit Strikers (Baddi Unit II) take on Thunder Kings (Panchkula Unit). Every boundary, wicket, and cheer echoed the enthusiasm of our people, turning the match into a true festival of sportsmanship and camaraderie. More than just a game, the league showcased how teamwork, energy, and friendly competition strengthen our bonds beyond daily work.

Entrepreneur Program Recognition

Celebration at Venus Remedies also means taking pride in the spirit of ownership and innovation among our people. Through the Entrepreneur Program (EP), colleagues across units are encouraged to think like entrepreneurs, take initiative, and create meaningful impact in their roles. Recently, this spirit was celebrated at the Venus Global Fulfilment Center, where rank and letter holders were recognized for their outstanding contributions. The recognition extended across units—TVC Dappar, Baddi, Panchkula, and VGFC—reminding us that when individuals grow, the organization grows with them.
