Through the Entrepreneur Program (EP), Venusians are encouraged to think like entrepreneurs, take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and create meaningful impact in their respective roles. Recently, this spirit was celebrated across multiple units, including TVC Dappar, Baddi, Panchkula, and VGFC, reflecting the shared commitment to excellence that brings our teams together.
Each recognition served as a reminder that when individuals take ownership and grow in their roles, the organization grows stronger with them.

The Entrepreneur Premier League (EPL) follows a yearly evaluation model, under which departments are assessed based on their performance and reporting outcomes. The initiative recognizes teams that demonstrate consistency, maintain high standards, and continue to excel across key areas of their work.
