Venus Graduation Ceremony 2024: The First
2024 witnessed several new endeavors at Venus Remedies Limited, one of which was our grand 'Venus Graduation Ceremony.' This ceremony was not a regular 'certificates and congratulations' graduation. It was a magnificent celebration honoring the hard work, dedication, and growth of 128 employees who successfully completed their NSDC certifications, marking a milestone in their personal and professional journeys.
The venue for the ceremony was VMRC, Baddi, where all graduates received a warm welcome in the morning. They were greeted by the 'Graduation Ceremony Committee' members during registration and were given their respective color-coded gowns. This was followed by a special breakfast, giving graduates a chance to connect before the event began.
The ceremony followed a well-structured Code of Conduct, ensuring everything was conducted with the utmost respect and order. Our Respected Management and special guests were welcomed with bouquets and a lively bagpiper band, adding an element of grandeur to the occasion.
The festivities began with a vibrant parade featuring the band, followed by the Management, and then our graduates, all making their way to the venue auditorium. Speeches from leaders and special guests filled the air with inspiration, and each graduate was called up for certificate distribution, set to light ceremony music.
After that, everyone came together to sing the Venus song, a unifying moment for the entire team. The celebration continued with a grand march across the entire campus, where both Management and graduates proudly walked together. And finally, the spirit of the day was captured with a memorable group photography session and an exciting cap toss video, forever preserving the joy and energy of our first graduation ceremony.
As a token of appreciation, the committee members presented the Management with personalized mementos to acknowledge their valuable presence and support. The day concluded with a celebratory lunch, closing out a memorable and inspiring ceremony highlighting our commitment to investing in our people and their growth at Venus.
