Venus Remedies Joins United Nations Global Compact
Venus Remedies joins the world's largest corporate sustainability platform, United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), aligning business operations with global sustainability.

Venus Remedies has added another milestone trophy to its collection!
We are proud to announce our latest membership with the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the world's largest corporate sustainability platform. With this collaboration, the pharmaceutical company is aligning its business operations & strategies with UNGC’s principles — human rights, social, environmental, and anti-corruption.
Now, Venus Remedies is among 24,000+ companies worldwide that are bringing change. This step validates our commitment to ethical healthcare innovation, global responsibility, and sustainability goals. Also, we have enforced a comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy across our international operations.
This marks a critical step in Venus Remedies' mission to create a long-term impact through innovative healthcare, scientific inventions, sustainability, and ethical practices. As a UNGC member, we will publish an annual Communication on Progress (CoP) to share updates on our performance and compliance with the principles.
Correspondingly, by joining the UNGC, we are reinforcing our existing positions, which include:
- Over 10 years of supplying WHO (PQ) medicines to major global health agencies, including UNICEF and PAHO.
- ISO 14064 certification, reflecting a strong commitment to climate transparency.
- Continued ESG mapping across global operations.
- Leadership in combating AMR through QIDP status molecule VRP 034, approved under the U.S. FDA’s GAIN Act.
“At Venus Remedies, we believe in advancing science with a strong sense of responsibility. Our decision to join the United Nations Global Compact is a natural extension of our core values, where access, ethics, and excellence converge. This milestone not only enhances our global standing but also reaffirms our commitment to driving meaningful change. We view this as a deep responsibility to our global partners, the healthcare systems we support, and the shared future of our planet,” says Ms. Aditi K. Chaudhary, President – International Business at Venus Remedies
